Tender Management

Our Tender preparation and evaluation using up to date methods, and best contractual practice allows accurate quotations and Bill of Quantities to be delivered. We review and manage the design as per expectations of international standard.  Where subsequently   prepare all documents and drawings required to obtain landlord and local authority approvals.

Design and Fitout

Our design team has an integrated approach with our project managers, ensuring that our designs are always relevant, succinct and created within specified budgets.

Whether producing 3D designs or hand drawn sketches we will always find a creative solution that makes your company stand out above the rest.

Our designers are true artists, using a variety of tools from 3D Computer Aided Design to simple  hand drawings.  Whatever the projects our designers collaborate with our project management team  to ensure that their creativity is realistic and kept to budget.

The design team constantly stays ahead of the industry by focusing on up to date designs, new materials, trends, and applications.

Initially, we undertake on behalf of our client a feasibility study and regular site visits to analyze the space and propose a design fit for purpose. Our track record in the interior field aims to deliver designs that work as per the function and budget.
